Company: American Equity
Programming example
American Equity's RISE Employee Resource Group celebrated AAPI Heritage Month with two initiatives: a Lunch & Learn featuring Nu Huynh, Executive Director of the Iowa Asian Alliance, who discussed representation, community engagement, and the diversity of Asian and Pacific Islander communities; and a volunteer day at CelebrAsian, Iowa's annual Asian Heritage Festival. American Equity supported both through community volunteerism and a donation to the Iowa Asian Alliance.
