Company: F&G
Programming example
F&G's Pride Employee Resource Group members marched in Capital City Pride, celebrating alongside community members of different backgrounds. ERG members reflected on the experience: one described seeing people "celebrating love and each other" with company support; another highlighted people "being their authentic selves without judgment"; and an ally shared that the event leaves a lasting sparkle in their soul. A celebration of belonging and authentic expression.
