BioMarin Pharmaceutical hosted the inaugural LGBTQ+ ERG Benchmarking and Networking Forum at their Shanbally site, in partnership with BioPharmaChem Ireland. ERG leaders, allies, and executive sponsors from across the biopharma and life sciences sector attended. The morning featured a cross-industry benchmarking share-back, followed by a panel discussion titled From Policy to Practice featuring BioMarin Pride ERG Chair Evelyn Marchany Garcia and former Cork hurler and inclusion advocate Donal Og Cusack.
