The African American Employee Resource Group closed out its mentorship program with a special recognition ceremony celebrating seven mentees who completed the program. Mentees built connections with leaders across the organization, set meaningful goals, and developed foundational career skills. The program was led by an ERG leadership team (Chair, Vice Chair, Secretary, Executive Sponsor) with support from HR partners who shaped the curriculum for group sessions.
