The world doesn't need another leadership framework. It needs leaders who understand that small moments matter more than big initiatives. As a former SVP of Organizational Development, Chris heard the same stories over and over: people would come to him frustrated by friction—moments where they didn’t feel safe, seen or heard. He learned that friction is often invisible to everyone except the person experiencing it. Working with organizations like TD Bank, Walmart, and Oracle, he helps leaders see their influence more clearly—and use it intentionally in the moments that matter most.
