  • The Drama Triangle: Breaking Cycles and Reclaiming Leadership Freedom

This 75-minute, interactive workshop explores the Drama Triangle and how the roles of Victim, Villain, and Hero can unconsciously shape leadership behavior, team dynamics, and organizational culture. In alignment with the spirit of Juneteenth, this session centers on the idea that while freedom can be declared externally, it must be claimed internally. Many leaders and teams remain stuck in patterns of blame, over-responsibility, or powerlessness, limiting trust, effectiveness, and progress. This workshop provides the awareness and tools to break those cycles. Through guided reflection, real-world scenarios, and facilitated discussion, participants identify where they show up within the Drama Triangle and how those patterns impact decision-making, communication, and relationships. They learn to shift from reactive patterns into more empowered roles grounded in ownership, clarity, and intentional leadership, enabling stronger, more accountable, and trust-based team dynamics.

  • Freedom Is a Choice: Leading Above the Line in Moments That Matter

This 60-minute, interactive workshop is grounded in Conscious Leadership principles and designed to help participants recognize the difference between Above the Line leadership, where we are open, curious, and committed to growth, and Below the Line patterns, where we become defensive, closed, and focused on being right. In the spirit of Juneteenth, where freedom was not only declared but realized, this session invites participants to explore the idea that true leadership freedom begins within. Through guided reflection, real-time scenarios, and practical tools, participants learn to notice when they are operating from fear, ego, or certainty, and how to consciously shift into curiosity, ownership, and intentional response. Participants leave with a deeper awareness of their default patterns, including the triggers that pull them below the line, along with a shared language for accountability and trust within their teams. They build the muscle of choosing curiosity over defensiveness and walk away with practical ways to apply Above the Line leadership in real-time workplace situations, strengthening ownership, trust, and team effectiveness.
