    Maceo's most popular session and the go-to kickoff for ERG leaders. It starts by reframing what ERGs are for: the same way companies use community to help people fall in love with their brand, ERGs help people fall in love with where they work. From there, leaders learn the three avenues of engagement, live and asynchronous, and build a communications strategy, monthly themes and 50+ event ideas in the room. Fully interactive, with trivia, mini brainstorms and activities throughout. Includes printable and digital worksheets, a live prep call, and content tailored to the company's culture and tools.   • Designing Impactful Programming Workshop

    Part two of the Increasing ERG Engagement Workshop, built for leaders ready to move past the default speaker or panel. Leaders learn the Impact Programming Equation (Topic + Format + Setting), use the Drill-Down activity to turn broad ideas into specific ones, brainstorm fresh formats with AI prompts, and design programming that connects with members and with the business.   • Multi-Session Workshop Day

    A full day of ERG leader training with up to 6 hours of programming. Combine sessions from Maceo's workshop menu, like Increasing ERG Engagement, Designing Impactful Programming, Annual Planning, Community Via Communication, Better Budget Usage and more, into one day built around the program's goals. Ideal for ERG summits and leadership retreats. Virtual is $5,500. In person is $8,000 with travel included.

  • The Chef Academy

    A package of seven interactive workshops designed to train ERG leads from the ground up, plus a copy of The ERG Recipe Book for every lead at a discounted rate. Leaders learn the skills, practice them live, and walk away with a cookbook full of ideas to put them to work. Seven virtual sessions would normally run $21,000. The Chef Academy is $17,000, putting $4,000 back in the ERG budget. Best for new leadership teams, programs that want consistent training across every ERG, and teams who want ongoing training instead of a one-time session.

  • The ERG Fresh Start Program
