Volunteer at the Gaza 5K, UNRWA USA's signature fundraising event, held in cities across the country to support mental health services for children in Gaza. How it works: register at least two weeks before an event. Each event can use 30 to 35 volunteers, so bring friends, colleagues or family. UNRWA USA provides event details, assignments and day-of instructions. Volunteers help with registration, setup and cleanup, crowd support, water stations and prizes during a shift of about six hours, and receive breakfast and a Gaza 5K t-shirt.
