Plan International USA's Takeovers program pairs a youth advocate with a senior executive for a day, opening up mentorship and real dialogue about gender equality and youth leadership. How it works: you select a senior executive, Plan matches them with a youth leader, and the youth advocate joins meetings and leadership activities throughout the day. Ideal for 1 youth advocate and up to 150 employees, including at least one C-suite executive. Recommended corporate contribution: $10,000 to $20,000.
