About this opportunity
A half-day roundtable and workshop where Plan International USA youth leaders and your employees work on a real business challenge together. How it works: pick a business need or topic where youth perspectives could spark new ideas. Plan matches 3 to 5 youth leaders with 15 to 20 of your employees (this can take up to 3 months to coordinate). The session ends with youth-driven recommendations and an actionable plan. In person preferred; virtual available. Plan for a $10,000 to $20,000 contribution.
